Limpio, cuidado hasta el último detalle. Con todo lo que uno puede necesitar para una estancia fuera de casa y sentirte como en casa. La terraza un puntazo! Espectacular! No la usamos pero la vimos y si hubiésemos tenido más tiempo, sería nuestro Spot!

Un poco caro para lo que era y donde estaba. El colchón quizá necesita un cambio (era fino y se notaba que tenía buen uso). La tele colgada en la pared la quitaría de ese sitio porque impide el paso.

Lokacija prasta,toli nuo centro ir maitinimo įstaigų. Butas labai mažas, nebuvo kur net daiktų pasidėti. Butas antrame aukšte. Kadangi buvo iki 40 karščio neįmanoma miegoti. Kondicionieriaus nebuvo, nors buvo parašyta,kad su. Tik šviestuvas su vėjeliu. Keptuvių ir puodų neįmanoma naudoti. Šiukšlių maišų nebuvo. Net indų kempinėlė naudota. Šlykštu. Ir butas ne tas, kaip foto

La terraza

Que no estuviera la piscina puesta

Easy parking (although not secure). Huge terrace to catch the sun. Shower was good with lots of hot water and good pressure. Air con in the main room.

We would describe this as more of a top floor studio rather than a penthouse. The photos were quite different from the actual apartment (the terrace was quite untidy compared to the photos), the sofa had been moved out of the bedroom into the room you come out of the lift. There is a sign saying no smoking but someone clearly had as the armchair in the studio had a burn hole through the side and cushion. Because the sofa had been moved only one person had the armchair, the other sat on an uncomfortable dining chair. The wardrobe located in the bathroom is a cheap flat packed type. The toiletries are from the local supermarkets and previously used by others. This apartment is located at the edge of the town and lots of buildings are unfinished and incomplete, as is the surrounding land. There is definitely NOT a restaurant on site and only one about a 10 minute walk away, was open which serves mainly tapas, not full dinners etc. The instructions to pick up the keys are not straightforward resulting in a phone call to the owner, the keys are locked away and inaccessible, which is not in the instructions.

Large Terrasse, helpful owner, clean and pretty

Great location and everything we expected. It was marketed correctly. Check-in instructions were very clear and it was easy to park the car close to the apartment. The lift was very welcome! I admired the great use of space in the studio and really liked the decor.

The fridge was turned off when we arrived so we could not keep our groceries chilled (or our wine!) . The kettle element was covered in black stuff that flaked off, so we had to boil water on the hob for a coffee in the morning which was a hassle. Other than that, it was great.

The studio was very compact but well equipped. If you know where to look you'll find everything you need in the end:) Nice view from the terrace. Quiet area, fairly easy to park the car near to the property.

Kitchen and bathroom appliances and utensils were very old. Water kettle was moldy... It was impossible to work the microwave due to lack of instructions how it should work. The overall feel was of a heavily used student apartment.
