It was very clean and had enough space. Like we were at home. And has free parking included which is Apparently rare in spain. The owner was really helpful and explained to us everything in detail

La amabilidad y atención del propietario. Dando instrucciones súper claras y preocupándose por nuestra estancia. Además, lo importante de disponer de parking, pues evitas perder tiempo buscando por la zona.

El hecho de no disponer de ascensor

La ubicación perfecta muy cercana al centro de Córdoba (15 minutos andando), el barrio era tranquilo, supermercado cercano y el parking a 1 minuto de apartamento. Miguel el propietario fue muy atento con nosotros, nos indicó varias rutas y monumentos que ver.

La atención del personal excelente y las camas muy cómodas. No le falta detalle al apartamento, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda y fácil. Tener plaza de parking privada es estupendo. A unos 10 minutos caminando de la Mezquita.

The apartment is close to the old town, within 10 minutes of walking. Just outside there is a market and a local restaurant. The place itself is pretty spacious and includes all necessary amenities. Parking is included which is very handy. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Hot water in the shower seems to run out very quickly.

Miguel Escobar, the host, went above and beyond to make the property as comfortable and welcoming as possible. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment—the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Miguel was truly the best host I’ve ever had: incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous. He even came personally to greet us, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Miguel provided information for every essential service you might need during your stay—from the nearest hospital and police station to local transport options. He also left a thoughtful welcome gift: a fridge magnet, some chocolates, and plenty of local tips to help us settle in. The parking is just a minute away in a secure private lot. You’re given a remote control, so going in and out was quick and easy. Overall, the best host and a fantastic experience—I will definitely stay here again!

Miguel was the kindest of hosts and shared lots of helpful info before we arrived and met us at the parking lot. The apartment was a great size it was clean and met all our needs. There were lots of welcoming features which we appreciated. The location was good, close to the centre with local food and drink outlets just outside the door.

There was no plug in the bathroom sink.. This was a minor issue.
