Apartamento Con Encanto San Basilio

Very good location, in the middle of the San Basilio Quarter, where many of the famous patios are located. Fast access to the city. Parking garage nearby with reasonable prices.

The cleaning of the flat was not finished until 4:45 pm when it was due at the latest by 3 pm, which threw our plans off the rails. The two „double“ beds are tiny, so they barely fit a couple, one is super hard, the other super soft. And it was very very noisy, from the bar down below, from the neighbors through the thin walls, to other people coming and going with the very loud front door.

The whole flat fully met our expectations. Great location, close to everywhere. You can explore the city until late at night.

What I lacked was a wardrobe even small enough to store my clothes in a small room.

Nice apartment in a very good location. You can reach everything on foot within a couple of minutes. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a Spanish type small double bed. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Both beds were comfortable. Highly recommended!

A bit noisy due to the bar right below and in front of that. But is closes at midnight.

The apartment was in a lovely position very close to the mosque/cathedral and other places of interest. It was also convenient for two small supermarkets.

Although stated on the information, we did not have a kettle, cups or toaster. We found this very inconvenient, as we had to boil water in a pan and drink out of two small bowls we found in the cupboard. Although we were promised that we would receive a kettle etc. we never did. We also found the heating inadequate, there was no heating in the bathroom at all, as the wall heater had been disconnected.

The location was excellent. It was spacious and the host Rafa was super nice and friendly.

Small double beds, uncomfortable, not great scent from the linens.

Nice and friendly owner, who helped us with parking the car and proposed several places to visit.

Ideally situated, stylish and comfortable flat that suited us perfectly for our three night stay. Our host, Isi, was super helpful, great comms in the run-up to and during our stay, and lots of care and attention to detail made this a great choice. Comfy beds, space to lounges, as well as dine at a table. Everything within walking distance. . Excellent value.

Walls are pretty thin so expect to hear neighbours and dogs etc, but this is just ordinary life and didn't upset us in any way. Quiet at night.
