Casa Luz Cordoba

This property was in the heart of Old town Cordoba. All the attractions were within walking distance from the property. Most things were provided for the stay and it was a very sizeable property, so very comfortable.

The only negative, was the small bed. Was too small for us and had an undercover that ‘crackled’ every time one turned. 🥴

- Apartment not clean at all, too many insects, we get allergy :-( - Apartment support same-sex marriage, we were family not accepting that, it was very bad from them to put a decoration with these colors for a Muslim family has kids.

Bed and pullout couch not comfortable

Fine, quiet apartment, located at approx. 8-12 minutes walking distance from the Mezquita and other major attrachtions. The instructions for finding the apartment and opening the doors with the virtual key were very clear.

The bed was way too narrow for 2 adults, let alone 2 adults and a small child in the middle.

Uncomfortable sofa bed and cheap mattress on the bed. Terrible service, completely inattentive The place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures The bathroom has a tube, not a walkin shower. It is dangerous. It has a plastic grab bar that is held onto the wall with suction cups. My mom is not big or heave end fell dangerously because the bar came out. Neighbor next door has a loud child and it was just like there was no wall

Well situated

2pm check in, room wasn't cleaned from previous guests, waited until after 4pm checked again and still wasn't done. Host advised 4pm check in but that isn't mirrored in booking.com. Hob dial was broken and hob stuck on, bit tricky as host wasn't very helpful and a few things need updating.

Beautiful well appointed apartment in a good location.

Uncomfortable bed and neighbours a little noisy in the mornings.

Good location. One inner yard was nice. I don't usually put such negative reviews but this one deserves it.

But the other inner yard to which we had windows was not very photogenic. We check in late in the evening, self check in meant that we open the doors online, but that's an issue in Cordoba city centre where the internet is lagging. They should have given us wifi password. Then when the internet started working, the website was just loading until I texted the guy and he probably did something and told me to try now. Then it worked. We spent 15 min outside trying to get in. Another issue was that we came into the apartment, in the dark my partner put his backpack on the ground. After couple of minutes we have realized there's a big puddle of water on the ground that's leaking down the wall. My partner put his backpack right into the water. We had to take care of the water with the towels and had to sleep there. Bed wasn't comfortable cause there was a sheet against peeing, so it made sounds every time you turned. Next day, they moved us to a different apartment, which was nice, but you don't want to move when you only have a 2 night stay. That was just more logistic nightmare. We got to the other place and the code they gave us, it didn't work. I called them and they sent someone in couple of minutes, but that was another example of the incompetence. Finally, as approximately 30€ was the cleaning fee in the invoice, we asked them to give us the amount as a refund due to all the issues that arised. But no, the guy we were in contact on WhatsApp said that his job is only for people to get into the apartment. I wrote an email, but they have not responded to it to this day. Just to compare, after Cordoba, we went to Seville and they gave us free breakfast just cause one lamp was broken.
