The location was fantastic as everything was walking distance from the apartment (we left both cars in the parking garage of the building). The apartment was very clean & bright and Alfonso was very friendly & helpful in our stay and with great recommendations for sightseeing and eating out.

The Host – A Frustrating Experience Our experience with Alfonso was nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve travelled extensively and dealt with many hosts, but I’ve never encountered someone like him. He didn’t speak a single word of English and refused to check us in because 2 out of our 9 guests were not present at that exact moment. We had deliberately left our elderly parents at a nearby restaurant to spare them the extra walking, but he insisted we bring them all the way back to the property. Once there, he made us sit down and manually fill out an extensive application like a student, writing down every single detail with pen and paper. This process dragged on for over an hour, causing us to miss our only booking in Córdoba—which was especially frustrating since we were only staying for one night. We’re also quite concerned about the amount of personal information he collected from us. Overall, Alfonso showed no empathy or flexibility and made the check-in unnecessarily stressful.

Wow, brilliant two bed apartment, well furnished, spacious and fabulous location being a short walk 4 min to the centre. Also with the lift good for less mobile. Dog friendly with a lovely park just at the front door. Also private secure parking available, although for our we didn’t need as everything is within walking we wanted to visit.

The location was perfect. A few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all attractions were in walking distance. We all enjoyed our stay and the apartment was excellent for 2 couples to share.

The lounge furniture and floor were 'dusty' . A minor detail but it was worth noting.
