El apartamento tiene un buen mobiliario y distribución además de estar en buenas condiciones y limpio.

La ubicación del apartamento se encuentra justo al lado de un pub y una discoteca por lo que el descanso es imposible hasta altas horas de la madrugada. En la cocina faltan muchos utensilios, empezando porque solamente hay una cuchara.

Locatie was uitstekend, midden in het centrum met eigen parkeerplaats op loopafstand. We waren op doorreis en verbleven 2 nachten, langer zou ik niet doen. Inchecken via app ging soepel.

Weinig zonlicht.

o apartamento era bem agradavel, dois bons quartos, bom banheiro, iluminado, ar condicionado funcionava bem. Acesso por elevador, bem localizado Boa geladeira e maquina de lavar roupas. Havia varal, o que facilita bastante. A limpeza dos quartos e banheiros mais a sala estava boa.

Toda a louça da cozinha, talheres e a chaleira eletrica estavam imundas. Nao tinha detergente para a limpeza. Nos compramos e lavamos o que usariamos, mas isso chocou bastante. Em todos os apartamentos que alugamos, havia detergente para louça e esta, estava limpa!

The location was perfect.

The key collection was a disaster. The host asked us to install an App called StayMyWay which meant to open the main gate and the apartment door with bluetooth. It did not work and the host could not activate the connection remotely. We were in the rain outside the main gate waiting for a delivery person who brought us the key one hour later. The key was the WRONG key. We waited for two more hours to someone give us the right key and get into the apartment. Upon entry there was no electricity and we found the fuse box to turn on the electricity. Then for 24 hours we had no heating and we had to ask someone in the block of flats to help us understand the timer system on the wall. We had not seen anything like this in our many years of travel. We fully agree with a couple of reviews left here on lack of spoon in the flat. It seems the host / the owner has never lived there.

Excellent location for walking to the mosque and old Jewish areas, about 15 mins. Good shopping nearby and great restaurants. La Montilla and Casa Pisto. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

The parking card was not working, but I was assured it would be fixed.

The double bed is totally worn out. No view from any of the windows which look into the building shaft.
