Casas Caballerizas Mezquita 1 y 3 HAB

We had our own patio. It was not as splendid as others, but it was our own to relax or play there with kids. There were to entrances to the house, each to the real center of the old town. Two separate floors allowed us to have different program for two kids who sleep at different time. Five minutes to the gardens, mezquita and roman bridge. Office for patio tours next door.

We were afraid there will be a noise from the Caballerizas, but it was ok, we just occasionally heard some music. There was not much free working space in the kitchen, but we managed.

The sofa in the lounge wasn’t very comfortable

Excellent location, spacious and clean.

The place was very clean. Towels and bed linens were neat and well-prepared. All the amenities listed in the ad were provided. When we arrived, it was rainy, and the house felt a bit cold and damp.

Nice little apartment in an excellent location. Rafa was very helpful and ensured we were able to access the apartment after getting the keys from a lock box. The apartment is located off of a securely enclosed patio that can be entered from the front on Calle San Basilio or from the back by the Caballerizas Reales. Despite being so close to a busy area, the apartment stayed quiet. Mini split units upstairs and downstairs were useful for keeping the home comfortable (and dehumidifying on the very rainy days while we were there). There is a small, well-appointed kitchen, living/dining area, small clothes washer, and bathroom and bedroom with clean linens.

The bathroom ventilation wasn't great but there was a small space heater provided that we used to dry the towels.

Perfect location and communication was very easy and smooth. The rooms were really nicely decorated and the sofa in the living room was extremely comfy.

The WiFi signal upstairs was a little weak, would probably be good to get an extension.

Location, this was right in the center of all attractions. Nice two story place, plenty of room for the kids. A very good decoration. The host provided the video of how to access the property that was very useful. Not a lot of properties go to the extent to do that.

Nothing as such, value for money!
