Clearer directions to get there would have been helpful. A lock on the inside of the bathroom door would also be great.
GBThe place was quiet, cosy, and the views were absolutely stunning. You park inside a gate next to the shepherd's hut, which makes it feel so exclusive. We were lucky enough to arrive on a sunny day, but even the next day when it was misty and raining, it was still beautiful. The farm animals were in the field in front, which we sat and watched whilst having a BBQ in the evening. We brought along a disposable, but there's already one set up and a chiminea you can purchase logs for onsite. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, cups and crockery and a small oven with a hob, which is so handy if it's raining and you can't use the BBQ. There's a fridge with a small freezer, too. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and we would 1000% stay here again. It was a perfect first stop whilst on our way to Skye!
This is in no way a dislike, but the shops are a good 20 min+ drive back down the road, and a few of them quite sparse for certain foods (especially for BBQ), so probably best to take some along with you before hand so you can chill out when you get there.

UScomfortable , clean and well priced. The location was ideal for access to the castle for photography. I loved the views and the farm animals in the fields. Very friendly, non-intrusive owner too.
Not much. My preference would have been to have had a microwave instead of a small oven/hob but that worked fine
