Residentie Noordhinder

We had a wonderful half term week in De Panne, which was busy on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday due to a Belgian national holiday. It was quiet after the weekend. The aprtment is in an excellent location, stones throw from the beach, and walking distance of the promenade with a variety of restaurants, ice cream parlours and small shops. The nearest supermarket (Okay De Panne) was 10-15 mins walk or 5 minute drive. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk. Street parking was €35 for 7 days or €5 per day. De Panne is set up in different coloured parking zones, with the apartment block in the green zone, with parking restrictions in place over weekends and certain times of the year during the day. Well worth doing some research before you go. Plopsaland was easy to get to, and we found, for a family of 4, it was cheaper to drive and park (€15 parking fee), then take the tram. Walking to/from was considered too far for our family. Although we never met, Pascale's communication before, during and afterwards was brilliant and prompt. An excellent host in our opinion 😀 The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything we needed, and, despite the hot weather, stayed responsibly cool even without any aircon. The free wifi was very good, as was being able to access streaming services through the TV (once we'd workednout how to change the language settings 🤦). We didnt have any noise issues from neighbours and the overall area felt very safe and friendly.

There was no oven in the kitchen, only a microwave and hob. Wasn't a problem for us, but maybe if you are wanting to cook meals in an oven. There are restrictions in place on going on the grass immediately outside the apartment, which is a thing for all the apartment blocks. This wasnt something we were aware of in advance. Again, didn't cause us too many issues, although our children did want to use it for gymnastics, but something to be aware of.

Appartement propre , confortable et tres bien situé

Le calme, la bonne literie et la modernité de l'appartement et sa déco.sans oublié le cadeau de bienvenue.

Il manque juste au niveau de la cuisine un petit couteau de cuisine pour les fruits du matin et un tire bouchons pour le rouge du soir 😉.

L’endroit, la propreté.

Manque un égouttoir pour la vaisselle.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Top Lage und sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr bequemes Bett und modern eingerichtet die Wohnung. Sehr nah am Strand.

Nichts. Es war perfekt.

La proximité avec la digue

The apartment is very effectively utilising the space, nice and modern furniture and many small details that made us feel like at home. Excellent location, close to the beach and the promenade. We loved our stay and we highly recommend this apartment.
