Remek elhelyezkedés, top belváros, pláza, éttermek, bolt pár méteren belül.

3. emelet, lift nem volt, ezt mindenképpen érdemes számításba venni. A nappaliban lévő ülőbútor kicsit sem kényelmes, szerintem azt érdemes lenne lecserélni (akár egy nyitható kanapéra, ami tovább emelné a szálláshely értékét, hiszen így akár egy gyermekes család is igénybe vehetné).
