Great central location, parking right next to the building, warm, clean. Kitchen has everything you need for short term stay. We had more than enough room for us and a 15 year old. He slept on a couch that was big enough for 2 people. A separate foldable 1-person bed was available, although we did not need it.

Bathroom had a little bit of a smell because it does not vent directly outside. It did not bother us at all.
