Simonffy Central Apartment

Host is responsive and she kindly let me keep a couple of suitcases until noon on the day of check out (the cleaning lady was cleaning and I was having brunch in town). Balcony with sunlight exposure. Low rate.

The shower head 🚿 is very rusty and the holes are black. It even omits a foul smell that is evident in the morning when one enters the bathroom. I think it is more than 6 years old and it must be changed asap ! The electrical stove is called 'Amica' which means girl friend in Italian but the stove was not 'friendly' at all - it was possible to only use one of the electric circles on the stove and it was the smallest one (the other three did not ignite. I think they are programmed to not function and that makes cooking a meal tricky.

Good position of the apartment, pretty close to the city center (10 min walk). The apartment is big enough, with a big balcony. The apartment it is equipped with everything you need. The apartment it is equipped with window blinds and you can use them in order to have a good sleep in the morning :). Espresso coffee capsules from the house. Parking available in the basement of the building. Very good comunication with the host via Booking chat.

The cleaning in the apartment can be improved and certain broken objects should be replaced. Instructions for turists are available only in Hungarian. The city tax and the fee for parking is requested in cash, although the accommodation can be paid by card.

The Host was really nice and communicative, Apartment was great!

The only missing thing that would make this Apartment even better would be a dishwasher.

The Location The facility was new

We had good communication with the host, and everything is as pictured. Location is really near the old town pedestrian streets (2 minutes walk). So you get access to the nice views, restaurants and cafes - without the noise reaching your room in the evening.

Modern & big apartment with private parking.Will definitely recommend to family & friends.
