L’emplacement est super avec une vue incroyable !

Dommage que la baignade soit interdite pour cause bactériologiques … il aurait était bien de le préciser au check-in. Nous l’avons appris en lisant un panneau sur la plage. Cela fait 1 mois que la baignade est interdite.

De locatie was geweldig, midden in het dorp. In he appartement is alles aanwezig, van een (perfecte) wasmachine tot een föhn inclusief een diffuser! Het uitzicht vanaf het terras op de baai is fenomenaal. Op het terras heb je totaal geen last van de (soms) drukte in het dorp.

Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön!!!! Die Ausstattung steht dem in nichts nach. 4 Erwachsene können hier entspannt ein paar Tage oder mehr verbringen, um Basse-Terre zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rien a dire…

The apartment has an amazing view of the water and is in a fantastic location in downtown Deshaies. Everything you could possibly want was provided. The owners are very nice! We had a magnificent time at the property and would love to return. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great.

Location was unbeatable, and facilities were perfect. Our flight was in the evening, and the owner was kind enough to let us stay in the apartment long after the check out time.

Power cuts die to strikes were out of the control of the owner, would have been good to have candles at the property.

Perfect location right in town, lovely views. Basic but clean

Air conditioning didn’t work in the living room, there was just a ceiling fan which wasn’t enough when it was really hot, couldn’t leave the balcony door open in the evening as there was nothing to keep the mosquitoes out. The direct access to the sea isn’t great. It’s a very rocky area which is slippy and we only want that way once.

We had the most wonderful week long holiday here. Deshaies is the loveliest spot on the whole island and to stay here, with the sea and that view, was heavenly ! A solitary early morning snorkel , breakfast on the balcony watching the boats and sunset swims were part of everyday life here. The apartment is very well equipped and super comfortable and spacious for 4 guests. Recent updates by the new owners ,who were super friendly ,have given the apartment a fresher, more aesthetic feel. The air con is excellent , everything you could need for daily self catering , plenty of fresh towels and heaps of storage space. Ignore any previous negative comments about the interior bedroom !- it has a blind and air con so had all the privacy and comfort needed! The location is absolutely unbeatable and to be able to wander down the terrace steps and swim was just bliss! 4 weeks on from our stay and I am still homesick for our Deshaies holiday home !
