Nice appartment with really good kitchen, and a sunny balcony. Bathroom was clean and modern. Possibility to wash clothes was a good thing! Great space for skis in the basement.

Nice accomodation in a great location. The surrounding was quiet a we had everything that we needed. The location is near to the centre of Toblach and to other trips in the mountinains. We enyoed our stay very much.

There was missing the gargage bags in the kitchen and dishwashing sponge. But on our request we got them the second day, so everything OK.

no electric kettle, not working espresso machine, necessary to boil water in the pot, very soft mattress to me

- Friendly and accommodating host - Lovely view from the property of the mountains - Chickens, goats and horses in the properties around you - Don't want to wake up at sunrise because of the hens? Just close the windows. They are quite soundproof! I was surprised. - The town center is well within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat out or buy groceries. - Great central location at an affordable price to explore the Dolomites

I'm nitpicking now, but in a country that is dealing with more drought every year: - The kitchen faucet takes forever to heat up. Wasting a lot of water to get warm water for doing the dishes. - The toilet can't do a small flush. So it dumps the entire reservoir even if you just had a wee. Again, felt like a waste of water and you'd think is easily fixable.

Very comfortable apartment for two with a well equipped kitchen area for simple meals. Walking distance to village centre, with restaurants, though a few were closed as summer season had not started. Very good city bikes available at no cost, area has many bike paths that are generally flat, our host Monika was always available to help and morning fresh bread delivery was great. Highly recommended for a stay in a beautiful part of Italy
