It is very clean, spacious and cosy apartment with all you need inside. The kitchen is well equipped and you have also coffee/tea offered. The place is very well situated with walking distance to the train station and the city center. Couple of small supermarkets around if you need something last minute.

I don't have any recommendations about the place but would've been nice if the host that met us was nicer to us and to me in general, as my friend was a foreigner so she could't say anything. He started with Mrs but then saw I looked younger and all kind of politeness disappeared. He called me girl couple of times, like ''girl listen to me when I am explaining to you'' (about the wifi credentials) ... which is really unacceptable, as I am first a grown up person almost 38, not his daughter to patronise me like that and finally I am also ... a client! So I would recommend to work on client service because it is really important to welcome your guest in the apartment in a cheerful way and not stress them from the beginning. I also know that the older generation in Bulgaria has been taught in a different way than the younger so I am not really mad, it is just not polite to talk like that to your clients.

What a great host is Vova, very kind and supportive. The apartment is extremely clean and is equipped with everything, literally with everything. We really enjoyed our stay there for one night cause we were passing through Bulgaria and we needed to sleep in Ruse. The apartment is very cozy, the beds are comfortable and we slept very good. I would rate it 10+ and definitely come again in the future.

new clean place, very quiet, all pots and pams are available, coffee machine with coffee available. Secure place. the parking was reverse on the street in the best possible place - parking is usually a problem

One of the greatest host have ever met. He offered free rides even though we told him it was not necessary. The apartment is well equipped even in the details.

Everything was perfect and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is near the city center and there are all kinds of stores in the area. I recommend it 100%.
