no time to appreciate, I had to leave because the appartement was not ready to host us (dirty bedding, dirty bath towels, dirty appartment)

the appartement had just been occupied and was not cleaned neither tidy (dirty bedding, dirty bath towels, dirty dishes in the sink, dirty appartment...). I couldn't stay there with my baby and we had to leave to another place. Due to the situation we agreed with the owner that he would give back a full refund (he wrote it to me) but he never did! He doesn't answer anymore to me nor Booking. This owner is dishonest and put me in difficulty having to find another housing at the last minute. you have been warned!

I liked the location, mountains, nature, clean and fresh air. Apartment is very big, more than enough for two persons. Some extra beds available, can be accommodated up to 6 persons (by my opinion can be even 10 :-), if owner will permit ). Typical apartment for Sky season.

1. Was VERY DIRTY - proof photos sent to: customer.service@booking.com and attached here. It was noticed a lot of hairs, dust, dirt everywhere, it was clear to understand the apartment was not cleaned long time. It was no toilet paper, remain used, nearly empty. Next day we bought by our own. Apartment was cleaned by our own for further comfortable stay. Probably for next customers, owner do not need to clean apartment any more..:-) Probably it is such system there ( serve your self...) 2. Internet was not working whole time of stay, owner promise to fix at begining-result-0. 3. Deposit 100 Euro was returned after 17 days since check out with support of Booking.com. The owner of apartment ignore 3 sent massages during 1 week. Screen shots of communication as a proof have been sent to: customer.service@booking.com. We ask support of Booking.com and it's helps, only then money returns. 4. Owner of apartment was asking for extra 18 Euro, which is not declared at Booking.com, same was not paid, due to it is not legal.

We had issues finding the accommodation at first, but the owner was really nice and patient when navigating us. How close it was to the ski resort for beginners. You could just ski down from the accommodation and ride it up. The intermediate slopes are about 5 minute car ride away. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, bunch of plates and cups, enough for a bigger group.

There wasn't much space to hang the wet clothes overnight, but we made do.

Super easy communication, fast replies with key access information. Spacious room with multiple beds included. Kitchen included. Definitely coming back again. Thank you!

Everything was fine No problems, at all

The communication about the access was very easy. The host was very responsive. The location was very good. The appartment had a small balcony. As we travelled in the summer season, there were only a few amenities around, but for a short stay it was no problem.

The view from the room was on the road, therefore it was not possible to see the beautiful scenary while indoors.

Difficult communication from host, just in SMS, no email, no phone, maybe the host should be write in booking : "communication channel just in phone written (SMS), I cant answer email." Very important: The building is somewhere else (far away) than where it is marked on the booking map, should be chance it. In the living room the mattress of the double bed tilts inwards. Another beds correct.
