Really loved the apartment, modern and big. We would have liked a bit more utensils to make it easier to cook food, but otherwise we were very satiesfied! Very easy communication and easy with a code to get the keys.

Everything. Starting with the view and the location. And late check-in option.

I would recommend using a template with instructions for the late check-ins and check outs too. It can be sent by message in WhatsApp or via email.

The apartment is nice, well-kept and well equipped. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms are well equipped. The location is right next to the slopes of Donovaly, access to skiing is effortless, the center of the town is also nearby, a small supermarket and a few restaurants are withing walking distance.

Unfortunately, that is a longer list. First, up until we got there and got stuck outside the apartment complex facing a closed parking entry and called the contact number, we got absolutely no communication from the management team. It was quite disappointing to have the family sitting in the car, trying to get ahold of somebody, and finally wait for a person to come and hand over the keys and show us the apartment. As we learned later, normally you would get a code to open a post box next to the parking entry to get the keys. Second, we were told on arrival that the internet is down due to issues caused by the heavy snow the day before we arrived, but it will be resolved ASAP. This is a skiing paradise, so I guess snowfall is not an extreme case, but still... We were also told by the management team that: this is out width of their control (OK, I understand that); they will follow up with the provider and keep up posted (never happened); they will compensate us for the reduced service package (never happened, though we did not really expected any compensation, but at least some efforts to assist); it is getting delayed due to the Christmas holiday (which was only the case until day #2). Long story short, we never had internet during our 5 days of stay. It was not the end of the world, but I think providing us with a pre-paid dongle or an unlimited data SIM card for a few days would not cost us more than a few Euros, but it would have made a huge difference for my wife who could not ski after the second day. Might have been my personal preference, but the bedding / linen was terrible quality and not fit for everything else in the unit. Given the fact that we were there for a ski holiday, I could have used a mop to clean up the melt snow from our ski gear, and a dryer would have been great to dry to wet clothes, but the floor heating the towel racks did the job. These are minor things, though.

Very clean and well-equipped apartman with beautiful view. We had a nice stay with our family of four.

In the first evening we did not have warm water, actually we need to take a shower (and bath our kids) in ice cold water. The host was responsible and helped us with switching on the water heater, so we had hot water for the second day.

Cosy. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious.

Missing price list for extra beverages. Very few TV channels and Wifi not working.
