Washing Machine access.

It is not properly cleaned, they should change the person who cleans. It has a very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. I found a plate with cigarette Ash in the kitchen cupboard. I cleaned the floors, they had stains all over. It just needs some care and it would be a good place to stay if you are unfortunate enough to find yourself having to stay in this area. Also pictures on Booking.com is not the apartment I was provided.
