Blaue Insel neben Hbf-Duisburg

I liked only the location of the apartment which is located close to the Duisburg Railway Station.

Contacting the host on their mobile phone was a nightmare each time. They do not easily pick up the calls. Its only after 4-5 calls that they pick up without so much as a regret. They have problems in English language. For each thing, I had to incur so much expenses calling them through my international number, yet they do not even bother to understand or show urgency. Moreover, the apartment is only meant for 2 persons' comfortable stay. Its is misleading from the host to claim that 5 persons can stay in this apartment. Besides that this place is too small for 5 persons, only one bathroom also makes it highly inconvenient for more than 2 persons to stay. The apartment is at the top floor (4th) and there is no lift. Guests with heavy luggage beware of what lies in store for them.

Property is very clean and comfortable inside the apartment.

There is no indication that the property is in 4th Floor without an Elevator. Property address in the Booking.com is not correct, please call the property contact.
