"Nicht zu empfehlen - Kaution wird nicht zurückbezahlt obwohl Beweise vorliegen"

Check-In und der gesamte Aufenthalt war großenteils unproblematisch.

Am Check-Out Tag wurde uns die Übergabe der Kaution in Höhe von ca. 420 € verweigert, weil die Quittungen angeblich nicht von ihm seien. Absolute Unverschämtheit und absoluter Betrug zumal uns schriftlich, per Email vom Gastgeber, bestätigt wurde, dass wir die Kaution bezahlt haben. Wer nicht auf seiner Kaution sitzen bleiben möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft nicht buchen.
