The location was fantastic for everything. Easy to access town Centre, local walks, free car parking. The accommodation was spacious ground floor flat. A welcome pack was left for us. The coat cupboard had a radiator in so outdoor clothing could be dried if wet. Plenty of hangers and space available. The flat was well heated. There was a washing machine available. Situated on the edge of a riverside park and within easy walking distance of plenty of cafes and restaurants/bars.

A couple of minor issues, would have liked a chest of drawers in the bedroom and also a second bedside cabinet. The TV was very hard to operate and we could not find terrestrial channels to watch, there were no instructions left.

Checking details were clearly explained. Location was good. Nice river walk.

We were told that there would be milk, eggs, bread and butter on our check in email I thought that this was a nice touch but we found that this was not the case, and there wasn’t any! don’t know if this was because we was a late booker (day before) but it shouldn’t have been mentioned if you were unable to provide. it wasn’t a comfortable stay, the bed could benefit from some better sheets I can only explain that they were noisy every time one of us moved there was a horrible friction noise. The bed was far too soft.
