The venue is clean and simple, its a perfect 'base camp' whilst you do other things in yhe area. The kitchen was perfect use (no toaster if you want that) but a good oven/grill. Having the washing machine also allowed for quick washes to freshen clothes Sofa was comfortable and all beds Extra bedding provided Shower had good power and hot! Tea / coffee was in the kitchen but not sure if that was just left behind Area was quiet

You get what you pay for! Property is small but comfy. Maybe an extra few toilet rolls
