Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Zudem ist die Lage top. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Danke!

We had been looking forward to our stay in Eisenach, as it is my husband’s childhood home. Instead, it was the worst stay of our 30 Day Christmas holiday in Europe. Arrived late evening after not receiving any check in information. Very difficult to find. Absolutely NO PARKING. When my husband called to find out how to get in the building, the host DEMANDED immediate payment in cash. Every time my husband asked him a question about getting into the room he just kept demanding money. Then he tells my husband he’s sending someone to get the money and open the room. A gentleman arrived and lead us up some very narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor. Not an easy task for 2 elderly 70yr olds with luggage. We did have our granddaughter with us. When we finally got into the room, the 3rd bed had not been made up. The hosts worker scrambled to find bedding and towels. When he asked for the cash 206£, my husband said we needed to find a bank in the morning and withdraw cash. OH NO that wasn’t acceptable when my husband told the owner that. He said is worker would DRIVE my husband to the bank and get the cash now!! My husband withdrew 300£ and gave him 200£, stating that we’d pay the remaining 6£ the next day. Please note the amount I was quoted online was 204£ for 3 adults/2 days. The owner said with the current Euro value it would be 206£. So, the next morning we get up to spend the day at Wartburg Castle. We made sure to leave 6£ sitting on the dining room table to give when we returned. To our utter shock upon returning to the room we discovered the money missing. Meaning the room had been entered while we were gone. SO VIOLATED and pathetic that this person was so desperate for a petty 6£ that he had to behave in such a despicable manner. We believe this man deals only in cash so he can cheat the government on taxes. We hope his deceitful catches up with him soon.

Very friendly and responsive hosts. They were accommodating with their parking spot as well. The place was simple, but sufficient; clean and in a very convenient location. We walked to the Wartburg, the Bachhaus, and several restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again!
