Everything is perfect and I recommend to anyone and they give you more than you want plus the professionalism of the owner and the facility management

The chalet is clean and the kitchen ware was good But the most amazing thing about this chalet is the owner always checking and caring about every detail make us feel very welcome Thank you Mr. Gad for your kindness and care.

Professional staff ,yet so friendly and easy going and very helpful , basically they know how to get customers satisfaction,owner was super friendly that he allowed me a night over my stay, i thought i am checking out on specific date ,i checked my check out date and it was due,yet he said literally “our pleasure to have one more night your most welcomed”! , knowing that it’s the season And to the owner Mr. Gad ..thank you sir for your generosity 🙏 ,definitely coming back!

Staff was great -special thanks to Mr Gad- The resort is nice and the price was great especially during an Eid vacation Kids loved the aqua park

Resort beach wasn't easily accessible

The AC worked very well in both main living area and bedrooms. Close to the airport for convenience and in a secure family oriented resort complex where we felt very safe. Check in and communication were excellent, even though we arrived very late at night!

It didn’t have any toilet paper or towels (for showering). We were only there one night, but we needed toilet paper. Talked to Mr Gad and he said he would make sure this doesn’t happen again.

The place is very quiet, clean and has everything very good
