Good location: right in the center, close to the station. Well facilitated, with bathroom, kitchen, entertainment and wifi. Late checkout, and nice contact with owner.

Loud night life until late. Place feels bare and heavily used, could use some sprucing up and some coziness. Very specifically our stay: towels seemed new but not washed, which meant poor water absorption and lots of fluff. For future reference: new towels should be washed first.

I loved It. It was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. It was my third time in Enschede but my first time in this guest house. I would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend it.
