Deluxe Apartment in Ensenada

I stayed at this location for just under a month while traveling for work. It was clean, comfortable, easy to access, in a safe location, had fast wifi, and good food nearby. The owners were very responsive to my requests and questions both before and during my stay.

This place has water to consume, I usually must buy. The shower is wonderful and hot. The area is Safe and Secure location. The owner/operator was very helpful and speaks English exceptionally well.

I have traveled to Mexico several times, one thing I have seen that was helpful is a posted note welcoming travelers and instructions on using the property and its amenities. This is a good tool that will benefit the owner and traveler.

The unit had no hot water and it took several days to resolve the issue. No AC in the bedroom itself. The balcony had standing water from the AC unit constantly because of improper drainage. The countertops were rotting because of improper drainage system for drying dishes and fake stainless steel which is actually wood. The dishes and utensils were minimal, in poor condition and they had no spatula and 1 horrible knife. The TV didn't work due to an HDMI cable issue.

Uncomfortable bed sink in the middle, shower floor was grimy and sink wasn't clean, fridge is smaller than what's shown in the photos, the dogs next door were horrible and barking for hours on end every day, the biggest problem there

good communication. everything mentioned and pictures shown online were exactly as mentioned and described. very professional.
