El apartamento muy completo y limpio. Tiene un fantástico jardín con mesa y tumbonas, pero sólo aprovechable durante el día. Por la noche no hay luz disponible y no se puede utilizar, pues el vecino de al lado se queja enseguida sólo por estar charlando, en un tono normal y sin molestar.

La distancia al pueblo y a las playas, hay que ir en coche. No poder utilizar la terraza de noche.

That said, once I got in touch, the instructions were clear. Unfortunately, the final price automatically included two services which I was not offered to choose, and did not request or select: “shuttle fee per stay” of EUR45 and “wood fee per stay” of EUR10. As they were automatically added to the final price, there was no option or mechanism to remove these two fees from the final price. I contacted the host to get reimbursed for these fees and was told that they were sold as a package by Booking.com and managed by Booking.com. We contacted Booking.com, and they said that “when you make your reservations through Booking.com you accept the terms and conditions of the site as an intermediary and the policies established by each accommodation final price.” Therefore, according to each other, neither party was responsible. For a Booking.com listing to automatically add a “shuttle fee per stay” and a “wood fee per stay” to the final price without the customer requesting them and not provide a way to remove these fees is a deceptive practice. Customers are not obligated to pay for services they did not ask for nor request. We were not reimbursed for the “shuttle fee per stay” of EUR45 and “wood fee per stay” of EUR10. The property owner waived the Portugal daily accommodation tax of EUR22. We therefore suggest potential guests to be aware of these extra fees. Hotel shuttle? Highly unlikely anyone would need one as most people will likely have their own rental car to go to the supermarket and other shops , which are not within easy walking distance. Wood fee? There was no wood provided and it was not winter. There is a BBQ in the property, but charcoal was not provided, nor expected. Automatically adding these fees to the final price without the customer requesting them is a deceptive practice.

Great yard and well equipped.

The front door lock was broken making it very difficult getting in and out.

Neat, spacious, good towels, fair location.

Barbecue was filthy, outside area needs attention. No wine glasses, crockery and cutlery a mismatch.
