Good location, well equipped and clean

I had requested to make a double bed instead of twin beds. I was told that it wasn’t possible and I could cancel my stay for free, which I couldn’t really do as I booked with large notice and the prices for similar places were already much higher. I found this very rude and it was just a simple request to handle. Then when we used the washing machine it flooded the whole apartment which showed a lack of maintenance. Mostly disappointed by the lack of flexibility and manners of the host. She tried to be nicer afterwards when I said I couldn’t cancel and I would reflect my disappointment on the reviews. Lots to learn and improve about customer service.

Appartement très original et charmant, bien placé et très bien équipé, il y avait même des peignoirs et linges de plage à disposition!

"Homely stay in convenient location."

The apartment was very nice for our stay. Super convenient location and we had everything we needed from dishwasher tablets to washing machine pods to bin bags so it was well stocked. It was quite cool inside despite the hot weather for our stay in June. Great communication from the owner and also gave us some tips on where to go.

Our room had quite dry air which affected my throat and had me coughing in my sleep. They had a dehumidifier though which helped.

"We had a lovely relaxing break with excellent weather."

The location was close to beach, shops & restaurants. It was very clean, nice interiors & well equipped. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. We found the town to be a safe place, no signs of crime.

We were located on the top floor which can only be accessed by a spiral narrow marble staircase. The apartment contains 4 single beds.

Great central location on a quiet street. Big apartment with a lot of amenities.

Very low pressure in both of the showers. Nasty smell from the toilet upstairs.
