Sunset Village Apartment - Brisa Da Ericeira

It was very close to the beach and had great facilities such as indoor and out door pools, gym, tenis court. All in good condition.

The kitchen and bathroom had basic accessories, utensils needed better cleaning. The apartment felt a bit dark, needed more light. Not the best view.

The location is pretty good easy to walk to town and shops, good value for money if your on a budget, plenty of space.

There are no instructions on how to use anything in the apartment (wifi, oven, heating etc) or how to access the indoor pool. It’s very basic accomodation which is fine if you are a budget but I would have expected a little more. Towels / linen are all quite worn. Pillows etc are poor quality. Bed is not very comfortable. There is no bottle opener in the kitchen and there’s a limited mix of glasses. You can’t check in early and there is nowhere to store bags. We arrived just before 4pm and had to the message the host for instructions as they hadn’t been provided prior.

Location, price, secure parking

Comfort it was very cold with no working heat and the beds were not comfortable. Cleanliness the bathroom had clumps of hair and trash from previous renter. Communication, host did not seem to care about these issues. Lack of care in property such as toilet flush button missing, faucet spray button missing.
