Beautiful building and an apartment! Very friendly staff.

Very nice host, great contact, very spacious, clean apartment with a wide range of additional attractions and amenities in the facility.

The location was perfect for our holiday - attending the Solheim cup and although we chose the property the lack of nearby facilities was disappointing - no shops, no restaurants, no bars and arrival in the dark proved to be very difficult. The apartment and the pools were excellent and the hosts even better - we wouldn't have arrived when we did without them, thank you!

A supply of simple essentials for breakfast for late night arrivals would have been appreciated.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and we had a good and relaxing time in the apartment and visiting Estepona and the surrounding villages of Benahavís and Cancelada. Unfortunately, we have some difficulty finding the place, The GPS co-ordinates on Booking.com are close but incorrect, the resort is further along the road towards the AP7. The details found on Booking.com after we booked gave the correct GPS co-ordinates, together with detailed directions from the owners. We were asked to phone the owner 20 minutes before arrival, unfortunately the number given was incorrect, upon arrival at the entry barrier the attendant kindly phoned the owner and took us to the garage and our allotted parking place and showed us how to access our apartment using the last 4 numbers of our phone number. Note that the garage is on 2 floors and its easy to loose your car if you go to the wrong floor. On the second day the water supply failed and the owner had to contact the administration to sort it out, the whole area has a water supply problem, 18 hours later the problem was solved and we had no further water problems. We arrived out of season, October, and the main outdoor pools were closed, except at the weekends, the indoor pool was not open at all, as this is kept for the winter! There are two smaller rectangular outside pools that are difficult to find as no map is available. All the pools are enclosed by a fence but a supplied card allows access, apart from one of the outside pools which was padlocked. This is not a resort hotel, it is a gated community of apartments, there is no shop on site, also the bar by the main outdoor pool was only open at weekends. It is close to the AP7 motorway, which is quite visible and audible, but not from our apartment, which was quiet and very comfortable, ideal for a relaxing time, some of the apartments overlook the motorway.

no Breakfast on offer. Confuion understanding the reception procedure and very poor commiunication about the proceedures and porcesses that were neccessary for visiting holidsy makers. If owners/resort managers wish to meet expectations for visitors, there needs to be a massive review of what owners/ resort managers are attempting to achieve! The resort itself is a beautiful development and worthy of any holiday maker with the excetion that there needs to be clear definition of whether each individual homeowner, or the company owning the site, identify and and set up the resort as a company( or as appears to be the case) there needs clear undersatand what they are entering into before making their choice of holiday at this very lovely resort
