LA UBICACIÓN ERA MUY BUENA. El propietario estaba muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y siempre fue muy amable.

los colchones y almohadas eran muy duros, sábanas bajeras de color negro (no dan sensación de limpieza aunque lo estén) y de tela calurosa. La plaza de garaje es muy incómoda, estrecha y encajonada entre 2 columnas con peligro de rozar el coche.

Location was good, Sven was friendly, gardens are very well maintained.

The guys response is pretty sad!! If you want to relax by pool on sunbed then don’t expect sunbeds - there are 4 available I don’t think this is an unfair complaint !! He denied bad smells from aircon, perhaps you will experience this yourself if you stay there !! I did praise location and the owner so didn’t complain about everything, 2 things but both things made our stay quite unenjoyable !!! It wasn’t too enjoyable going up and down to the roof terrace with the kind of spiral stairs fitted. The bad smells which we think is circulating via the air con, lack of sun loungers by the pool, 4 beds between probably 500 apartments.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bathrooms are lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of other activities. Communication with the host was excellent. The underground garage with direct elevator access to the apartment was a plus. The only thing you need to consider is the size of your vehicle; we had a Toyota Yaris. The views of the surrounding area are also great, especially from the upper terrace. Pool is great in rhe garden.

The views were lovely and a nice quiet pool. Having the balcony and roof terrace gave us more room and options for sun/shade. Parking available underground to keep the car cool.

No check in or guidance on how to best use the apartment. Spent a lot of time trying to find the keys and parking to access the apartment on our first day but a discount was offered for the inconvenience. Bedding was very basic and not enough towels, but we were given more after we asked. No BBQ available, and a few broken things throughout the apartment like the fridge/freezer, balcony light etc. Could be a really nice apartment and worth the cost if it was done up a little bit and the niceties (bedding, toiletries etc) were offered / a higher standard.

The apartment was spacious, clean, beautiful, had a lovely terrace and balcony with the perfect views of the mountains and the sea. The owner was lovely, we could contact him at anytime and he was helpful at all times. It was home away from home. The apartment is in a quiet location, in a safe, gated community.

Everything was perfect!

Quiet, spacious, clean and well styled apartment with an amazing roof terrace that got the sun all day long, and a balcony that gives you Sun from afternoon until sunset. Plenty of facilities in the apartment. Fantastic clean and well maintained pool /pool area. Nice location with plenty to do in the surrounding areas of Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella. (Car is a must) Host arranged a late check in, which was most appreciated. We went as a family of 3. Excellent Host.

The apartment has its own parking space in the basement, but if you have anything bigger than a VW Polo, you will have to use the car parking in the main entrance, which is very limited. Street parking is also limited. (We had a Skoda Scala, so it didn't fit in underground parking around a 50% success rate getting parked within the complex gates.) A few of the items in the kitchen need replacing / updating. (Minor) Everything else was perfect.
