LUXURY APARTMENT FRONTAL BEACH in Doncella Beach

Edgar was a joy to deal with. So friendly. He answered all enquiries within minutes of me messaging him and was really lovely when he met us at the apartment. Thanks, Edgar, for looking after us. The apartment is beautiful. The location is fantastic, overlooking the sea. The complex is so well maintained and very secure. The balcony is huge. The kitchen had everything you could think of! The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. We loved being so close to the beach. We walked to the Marina every day, and it took us around 15 minutes. We drove onto Estepona. We were sad to leave!

Exceptional quality of accommodation and good location. Really nice and quiet. Outstanding views. This is our second visit to Doncella Beach apartments. Edgar our host was brilliant again.

It was a lovely apartment with a view of the beach. Very well equipped kitchen as we like to cook.

The deposit! €700 against accidental damage! This is the highest deposit I I have ever encountered. If you really feel the need to charge a deposit, surely €200-300 would suffice. I would think the customers who stay with you, would not trash the place and would pay for any reasonable accidental damage if necessary. Worst still, the charge goes through on your credit card and is not returned immediately. When my deposit was finally returned - almost a week after returning from the holiday, it was less (about £8) than I paid. This due to the exchange rate but surely they should make sure their customers are not out of pocket. This is unacceptable and the reason we will not return nor recommend.

Great location and well equipped, the apartment had everything if you didn’t want to visit the delights of Estepona old town and surrounding areas

🌹Everything was pretty much perfect and with this exquisite apartment. The problem with writing good reviews is other people read them and then book the property and you have no chance of going back, but anyway the truth is the truth! This is a wonderful place to stay, and the host, Edgar- is really very welcoming and accommodating.

This is the most amazing place to spend a few weeks. The location is outstanding, with million dollar views from the spectacular terrace. The apartment was very clean and so comfortable. We felt very secure with parking very handy and accessible with an elevator right to our front door. Edgar was very gracious and helpful and so easy to deal with. Very easy access to the marina and the old town. Just a half hour walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect in every way!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, the location is perfect. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Edgar waited for us, showed us everything. A welcome package was prepared for us in the kitchen. The whole facility is beautiful, we liked to garden, the gym, the sauna so much. We would definitely return as soon as we can.

I cannot say any negative aspect. The only bad thing was that we could not use the heated outdoor pool due to some state water restriction but it's obviously not the owner's fault.
