This was the second time I have travelled to Estepona and expected a lot from this property, especially the location. But I was soo wrong. The property is only a few years old, quite modern and comfortable with two bathrooms and two sleeping rooms, on facing the beach and one the interior patio. My expectations were absolutely exceeded. It is a nice flat with a balcony from which you can enjoy the beach view. The entrance is located in the center of Estepona. Shops, Cafés, Restaurants - everything you like. There is actually a parking garage very near, but I preferred the spacious parking at Nuevo Parking Plaza del Ajedrez, which is a 10 minute walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.

Great location. Very lovely view from 4B. Spacious and clean. Safe friendly, touristy area. Dori was a gem! She helped us find the cheapest parking nearby. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great. We had 4 people in our unit, and used the lovely kitchenette for snacks etc. We did not do any major cooking. Perhaps a few more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom…garbage bags, TP, a few extra towels, paper towels, bathroom cleaning spray, shampoo, dish soap, a few laundry soap pucks etc.
