FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN FRONT OF THE SEA & MARINA

Edgar was very helpful. The location was so easy with a one-year-old. We could easily walk to restaurants for dinner and to either beach. Ideal for staying with a little one.

Sofa could be a little more comfy. Balcony perfect for three but perhaps could have a smaller table but still really great.

The location is great. The beds are very comfortable. The marina is lovely and there is plenty of really good restaurants on your doorstep. The old town is a lovely 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Highly recommend visiting the old town day and night. Plaza de los flores is a lovely place to enjoy dinner. But you won't be stuck as everywhere we ate was delicious.

In our opinion the apartment is over priced. When we arrived it was obvious that the air conditioning in the main living room was not functioning properly. As one of my kids was sleeping in this room too , no air conditioning was a problem. After two days Edgar and the owner brought a portable air con unit. It was big and made a fair bit of noise but at least it was cool. And it was appreciated. Air con is a deal breaker for me and for the price of this apartment it's not acceptable that it didn't work. Reading other reviews there was comments about the same air con unit going back 2 years. So it seems it just wasn't addressed. Edgar did say that they were getting it repaired after we left. I hope they do. The air con units in the bedrooms had a constant drip. Don't know what causes this. Edgar said it was because of the humidity. Google says its because they need a service. One of the curtains was ripped. (Before we left Edgar left in new curtains, so i presume they have been put up now) The shower in the master bedroom started to malfunction on our 2nd last day. Again, Edgar said the plumber would come to fix it. The lid on the toilet in the master bedroom was broken when we arrived. It was replaced the next day. We could only get one ring on the hob to work. Not sure if the others were broken. The chairs at the table are in need of repair/replacement. The electricity tripped out numerous times. Dont know what caused it but if its happening that ofter it needs to be looked at. These may all seem small or petty to some, but all of these things should be in proper working order when guests arrive. I don't know how often maintenence is carried out in the apartment, but i would urge the owner to do it more regularly. The balcony. The size is small but we knew that and it's not a problem.

Great location for bars, restaurants and supermarket

Not being notified of building and demolition works being carried out in the property 2 floors below for the entire stay resulting in noise all day and dust everywhere.

Air conditioning didn't work in the lounge and they shut the main pool off for 3 half days to paint the floor 😑 never let us know
