development very well maintained. security gate 24 hours presence. beach side with 22Km of walking / promenade for plenty of exercise. lovely pools. accessible to Old Town Estepona which is a ‘must’ for lovely restaurants and bars / chiranguitas and always beach side. gardens on complex stunning.

hard to find any faults. excellent property.
