Galazio Beach

Great location.

Poor facilities, no bedding, only a sheet. Nowhere to sit inside room. No tea or coffee. Too hot to sit outside on the balcony. Poor quality soap in bathroom.

Pulizia scarsa e deludente, tavoletta del bagno rotta da quando siamo arrivati , luce che entra da tutte le fessure della porta oltre che delle tende, phon che si surriscalda subito e diventa inutilizzabile, cuscini inesistenti. Non si è palesato nessuno al momento del check in, abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi la struttura, l’accoglienza è nulla e pari a quella di un mero affittacamere. Non c’è proprio la reception. Non c’è nessuno sconto per chi alloggia in struttura né alla spiaggia né al ristorante annesso.

The property has good potential and is in a nice location, but unfortunately our experience was affected by the complete lack of communication during the stay. We received no response to messages sent via Booking or through direct contact. This left us with a strong sense of being unattended — if anything goes wrong, you’re entirely on your own. The only phone call we managed to make was handled in a rushed and rather unfriendly manner. It’s a pity, because just a little more attention to guest support could make the stay truly enjoyable.

Electronic check in which made it very convenient. Very close proximity to the beach but the amenities at the beach ie the umbrellas and sun beds were very expensive to use on a daily basis. So you had to look for more affordable options. Also there are much more beautiful beaches on the island.

Very basic room, needs serious renovation. The pillows and the bed were not comfortable at all. There were no 2nd pillows or extra sheets/cover in case the babies were cold at night due to the AC. Also the hairdryer was only working for 1 minute and then stopped due to overheating….so it took more than an hour to dry the hair… Also there is no reception to address your concerns.

The rooms were quite spacious and offered a good level of comfort. Towels were changed daily, and we were always provided with fresh ones. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to both the beach and the center of Faliraki.

The rooms were not properly cleaned — only the towels were changed and the beds were made, but no clean sheets were provided on my bed during my entire 14-day stay. The toilet was dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned throughout our stay. Guests were frequently loud in the hallways, both in the evenings and even late at night while we were trying to sleep. At one point, a group of young guests even knocked on our door and disturbed us. There was no hot water in one of the rooms I had booked, and despite calling the property several times, no one ever answered. Overall, this place is not worth the money."
