GBFlat is in a quiet development, with a decent view. It is 5 minutes walk from Swanpool beach, using a private path to avoid the road. The flat is well presented and fitted out with modern appliances. The host had left comprehensive instructions regarding keys, wi-fi, beach etc.
Some fixtures and fittings are showing their age - especially bathroom cabinet handles! Although primarily intended as holiday flats, there are some permanent residents who appeared at times to be resentful of holiday makers. Some also get up early to go to work. There is a request in the instructions to keep noise down because of the permanent residents - perhaps it should work both ways!

The door into the property got stuck a little when unlocking it.
