Modern self contain studio Own Private Access

The place is in a nice neighbourhood, close to bus stations and several shops around it. It is equipped with necessary things for a short stay.

There is high humidity at this place because of it's location in the house (ground). It took us a while to find the keys upon arrival, but the host helped with additional instructions.

Very welcoming host, super sweet and helpful to guide me through check in. Great neighbors as well, she was super quick to help when requested on heating. Keep in mind it can get very cold on the floor since it’s in the basement, bring slippers/indoor shoes as its no floor heating. Overall a calm neighborhood away from the noise in central.

The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the plates and the cutlery were not cleaned properly unfortunately. It was hair on some of the plates and some stains on the cutlery. There was also a little dead spider in its web in one of the windows, which could’ve been removed. There was lacking sugar for tea and coffee, which should’ve been refilled before a gusts arrival. In the dresser it was a lot of plastic waste and hair laying around. Not pleasant if some guests want to use it for longer stays. It should’ve been cleaned. But apart from that, everything else was good.

The room has everything essential for a comfortable stay.. loved there was a stove and oven to prepare food. perfect for me.!

Has all the facilities needed for a short stay and is close to Alexandra Palace (the reason for our trip) either a 8 pound Uber or bus stop right outside the property

Can hear all footsteps and noise from above and the mattress is a little firm
