Kevara Self-Catering

Very clean and comfortable. Sarah provided some food essentials which was really appreciated after a day travelling and arriving at 9pm.

Everything was perfect.

The location was excellent for discovering Orkney. The amenities surpassed expectations. Great hosts.

Un appartamento accogliente, molto pulito e ben accessoriato, di fronte al mare e totalmente immerso nella quiete di questa bellissima isola. Abbiamo trovato anche un cestino con il pane e tutto l’occorrente per fare colazione. Assolutamente consigliato!

Il materasso forse un po’ troppo morbido per come sono abituata io.

Le logement était vraiment très agréable. Une très belle vue sur la mer et un emplacement idéal pour visiter les îles Orcades. Nous avons discuté avec la propriétaire qui est vraiment très gentille. Un gentil panier était à disposition. Vraiment très agréable. Et il y a de la place pour se garer juste devant le logement. C'est bien pratique.

Appartamentino molto carino in posizione perfetta per visitare le Orcadi, comodo parcheggio privato. Arredato con gusto e con ogni comfort. La proprietaria gentilissima ci ha accolti all'arrivo e ci ha lasciato in casa tutto il necessario per la colazione (caffè, tè, pane, biscotti, burro, miele, latte). Lo consiglio vivamente!

Niente, tutto perfetto

Great apartment 10-15 minutes drive from Kirkwall ferry terminal. Very friendly owner who greeted us at our arrive. The apartment has all amenities and it’s super cosy. Perfect location as a base to visiting the main attraction spots.

Lovely house, very clean, tidy and perfect location.

Only small minor thing would be the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. Other than that the house was great!

There is nothing to not like about this property. Excellent communication from Sarah from the time of booking to the day we checked out of our stay at Kevara. Location was excellent if you want to be out of Kirkwall, with a beautiful view. We hired a car from the property owners but we also used the bus into Kirkwall which was very good. There is a pub and chip shop 5 minutes walk away. The accommodation was really well equipped we had everything we needed, tea, coffee etc and even laundry tablets. On site parking. I would definitely stay at Kevara again and would highly recommend it.

The hosts are really nice and very helpful. We were met upon arrival and keys and extra mugs were swiftly provided. The landlord gave us additional towels - such a generous gesture. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
