Very nice hosts that are most welcoming! The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is perfectly clean, cosy and complete. Next to that, you have your own parking spot, own entrance and little garden while it is really silent and you hear nothing but the birds. Also the surroundings are silent and relaxing, the neighbouring cats come over to nuzzle and the villagers greet you on the street, even if you do not know them.

pleasant place for few nights staying. There was water in fridge and shampoo in shower, very good heating and a lot of hot water - very nice after long winter trip.

Excellent stay in a silent neighborhood near Munich. The house is very pretty decorated and the apartment is very nicely done. The host was super. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

Very clean and quiet,nice host, very well equipped

Beautiful apartment part of a larger home on the outskirts of Munich. We booked two night so we could access opening day of Octoberfest. Forstern is a lovely town with very nice people (that we met). Home is beautiful, but the smell of the towels and bedding were amazing. Owner left snacks and drinks for us. We were close to train in the next town to access Munich, so overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The only knock was the windows need screens to keep the bugs from entering. Cool night breezes was great, but flying insects forced us to close windows.

Everything is new and cared for. Check in by yourself very easy and fast.

My wife and I had a stopover with the plan to visit Therme Erding. The apartment is really amazing, you can see a very nice and impressive concept in every corner. There is so much love for every detail. The apartment and the whole surrounding is big, for two people it's incredibly comfortable. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and he left us some snack, water and non-alcoholic beer in the fridge. The parking lot is next to the apartment. I can highly recommend this place to everyone!
