線路沿いなので電車の音が不安でしたが実際は気になりませんでした。 お部屋も綺麗で清潔感がありましたし、悪い所が無いです。 江ノ島水族館やビーチ、コンビニや飲食店も近くにあり、最高のロケーションでした。 また江ノ島に来る時はお世話になりたいと思える場所でした。

上の階の足音がどうしても響きます 上の階か横の階の中国人宿泊客がとてもうるさかったです

Mostly nice if it wasn't for some of the other issues. The main bed was clean. The shower was nice although they could've given instructions on how to turn on the hot water because that was a problem. Without the second bed down it's spacious ish. It's nice that they have a small kitchen area, although we didn't use it. The location is nice too, just down the street is the train station. We enjoyed going to Enoshima island.

The bedding for the second "bed" was completely stained with marks all over. The couch itself was kind of gross and it just wasn't a great second bed that we didn't even end up using it, mostly because of the bedding. A futon would've been better. Also, when you put down the bed there's minimal space for the table. A small stain would've been workable, but it was all over. This was the main issue. The laundry machine at first wasn't working, but when we turned it on and off it started working. But the two parts of the lid weren't attached to each other properly. The staff was much less helpful than in our other stays. Like they weren't trying to be friendly or helpful unlike our other ones. Other hotels had staff who would call and check to see if other places could take our luggage and tried to help us with luggage transportation. This place just gave a generic answer instead of offering advice that they probably know given they know the area, and took a long time to respond too.

予約の時、値段、設定がわかりにくかった、 2日間の設定して検索さしたけど、1日分だったので、 思った料金の倍の料金がかかっていた。

洗濯出来て、朝洗濯物が乾いてた事

江の島の海が景色が全く見えなかった事、追加料金が怖くて、気にしすぎて、くつろげなかった。思ってたより、部屋が狭く感じた。

Just 5-min on foot from Katase-Enoshima. The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed.
