The mattress was loud and the bed creaked the whole time. Quite annoying

I love the location and the rooms are well equipped. I love being able to unwind with a walk along the rivers and in the parks. Also love it that I could keep my car parked and bus it easily to downtown Ottawa. So much easier than finding parking.

the lighting could be better. The overhead light in the main area was very dim. I went out and bought myself a reading lamp to improve the lighting. Also, the bed was worn, creaky and not really comfortable. I've stayed here before in another suite and the bed was great so this must have been an exception.

The facility is great, close to the river and great for walks or for skipping across the bridge to all that Ottawa offers.

Physically, the unit was exactly as described. But the photos online in general are deceptive. Shampoo, etc, tea or coffee are not provided. From the website, it appears that they are. In the unit I had, it seems that glass surfaces do not get cleaned; so a dresser and a table with glass tops, I used only after putting down paper towels.

The places around

The 40$ fee of cleaning and there was no cleaning or housekeeping, even before our arrival, we found a used towel in the bathtub. I made a complain about that and I didn't receive any response till now

Better mattress

Everything is okay, except the issue of office in the property for easy access and communication.

Getting an Uber ride out of the vicinity was a big issue. I missed my appointment and almost missed my bus no uber ride for that location.
