A great location directly opposite a good pub.

You could hear the busy A40 traffic on a night

First impressions were great apart from issue with key safe. Kitchen sweet, some coffee and milk would have been great though, nice little upstairs living space and bedroom and lovely bathroom.

Couldn’t get key safe open for ages, had to put a card in the top to wedge the thing open. Did message them but didn’t get a reply. It was freezing cold in the place and the radiators didn’t turn on and there was No thermostat to fix it, so I messaged the number provided to ask if they would put the heating on, but I was ignored we had to leave after only one night as it was too cold to function. Still have not had a reply from them which I think is very rude. Also the Wi-Fi was useless and I needed it for work which was the only reason for booking it.

Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. There's a pub literally across the road and lots of suggestions of places where to eat. I recommend to visit the forest of Dean (20 minutes by car). The host was very responsive and helpful when we had doubts.

The heating was hard to regulate (either too hot or too cold).

Low ceilings upstairs/tall husband! But managed fine!

Clean and comfortable .

In the bathroom was just 1 towel for 4 guests. I believe that was host mistake 😕

Great location, quirky cottage. Ideal opposite pub Lovely cake and dog treats from hosts

Very narrow stair case. Sink blocked in kitchen. Shower head not great. No heating on arrival, but was fixed within a few hours.
