Cozy, lots of room, modern and spacious for two people. Loved the service to get it all ready on short notice and if there was any problems it was mended or answered quickly

More of a nitpick rsther than a problem... No sponges to clean in the kitchen but apart from that it was actually perfect.

The house was in good condition and comfortable, and had everything that I needed. The proximity to the railway station and the ability to book it and collect the keys in an evening at short notice were a big plus. For the price, it represents exceptional value for money. I was stranded at Grantham railway station, and was delighted to find reasonably priced accommodation near the station. I wasn't really expecting very much, but the house far exceeded my expectations. I only stayed overnight, but if I were staying in Grantham again, I'd certainly consider staying here again.

Easy to find and everything worked.

The staircase was steep and there was not a rail all of the way up and down.

The house was perfectly cleaned, it was furnished with all the the necessary, I really felt like I was at home!

I have nothing to say, the house was perfect!

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, great location, plenty of on street parking, easy access to the property, regular communication from the owner and quick responses.

Struggling to think of anything, no access to a vacuum maybe but communication with the owner was great so I am sure we could have got one if we had asked.

The property was super clean, well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and although it wasn’t listed with Wi-Fi it had it available what made things a lot easier for us. Plenty of parking available just outside the door.
