"FW in guter Lage, aber ein paar Minuspunkte"

Die Lage,Größe der FW,Parkplatz incl.,Ausblick

Rustikale,etwas altertümliche Einrichtung, Duschvorhang, Anweisungsschilder i.d.Wohnung, Abwicklung der Ferienagentur. Überflutung von Mails zu allen Vorgängen.Bei der Vorsprache vor Ort zu einer verwirrenden Mail kam keinerlei Einsicht/Annahme durch das Personal vor Ort. Es ist ein deutlicher Unterschied, ob man durch eine Agentur betreut wird oder von den Eigentümern selbst. Eine unkomplizierte, nettere Betreuung findet durch Eigentümer statt. Geregelt wurde so auch alles, aber in 4 Mails und nicht in 15 Mails wie hier. Die Schilder mit Androhung von Geldstrafe und Beweisvideos bei nicht Erfüllung der Sauberkeits/ Verlassensregeln, waren auch nicht besonders nett. Insgesamt sollte man da mal was überdenken!
