Die zentrale Lage zur Stadtmitte. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist in Ordnung. Küche klein, aber perfekt aufgeteilt / eingerichtet

*Bei 5 belegten Wohnungen max 4 Parkplätze, wer als erster kommt hat Glück *Weiter Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld nur gebührenpflichtig, von kurzer Dauer nur möglich oder alles belegt *Die Strecke bis zum Meer fußläufig nicht mal eben erreichbar *Farbe des Teppichs in Kombination mit der Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus birgt Gefahr des Sturzes *Teppichhaltestangen zum Teil lose *die Duschkabinengrösse, Bewegung in der Kabine nur bedingt möglich *Schräglage der Betten *Couch im Wohnzimmer wirkt abgewohnt
