Sehr geräumige Wohnung, sehr ruhig, 3. Etage, Aufzug, alles da, was man braucht, Balkone zu beiden Seiten, tolle Dachterrasse, guter Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug, von dort schnell im Kurpark, in der Fußgängerzone, am Riesenrad, am Hafen und auch an der Seebrücke. Rewe, Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Bäckerei, Rossmann, Apotheke fußläufig erreichbar...

Das obere Bad ist mit einer gläsernen Schiebetür zu schließen, die schwer zu schieben ist und 2-3 cm offen bleibt, das andere Bad unten ist dafür aber groß, geräumig, sehr modern und abschließbar.
