Gostei de tudo, limpo, tranquilo e seguro. Os funcionários do prédio são muito gentis e educados. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, mesmo sendo período de temporada.

No apartamento poderia ter uma prateleira ou um armário, mesmo que pequeno, para acomodar melhor os pertences dos hóspedes.

Que kitnet FOFA! Extremamente aconchegante e no calor de 40 graus estava fresquinho no apartamento. Todos os funcionários mega acolhedores e a anfitriã responde as mensagens super rápido! Amei a nossa estadia, localização excelente, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, mercado, farmácia, barzinhos. Excelente mesmo, pretendo voltar outras vezes

O único ponto negativo, único mesmo, é que não tem estacionamento. E pela localização é bem difícil de achar vaga na rua mas de resto, tudo ótimo! É o preço que se paga pela localização privilegiada em uma das principais avenidas.
