Schöne, saubere, sichere Anlage wo das Gebäude steht, nicht weg von Strand und Restaurants. Recht ruhig, bis auf die in Lateinamerika typischen Hunde in der Gegend.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage, glücklicherweise war es die meisten Tage nicht so heiß und die Wohnung auf der Schattenseite lag. Die Deckenventiloren waren leider uralt und extrem laut.
