"Booking.com didn’t confirm our booking with the host"

After making the booking from booking.com the host clearly told that there was no booking from ourside. Driving to the exact location which is very far from Guwahati central the host didn’t even bother to disappoint us. We could stay anywhere in Guwahati. But literally it was worst experience till date from booking.com

The host wast good , coperative and responsuve. The property is located at a good locatoon and near the main road. General stores are nearby. Altogether it was a good stay with my family. Will love to stay again.
